Already at the beginning of February, Cristina and Daniela were planting seeds in the greenhouse for the spring baskets!
Capsi, the guardian cat of Gradina Bio AMURTEL was busy hunting mice to protect the delicate seedlings. Her loyal sidekick Himalaya the dog was there on duty as well.
However, as the weather remained cool and frosty in the mornings even now, in late April, the little salads have stayed small. We are waiting for the sun to come and warm up the greenhouses so that they start to grow more vigorously.
As a result, we have delayed the start until the beginning of May to give them more time to grow. We are aiming for the 5th of May and hope that the weather cooperates accordingly!
