Between October 14-16, 2023, on the occasion of World Food Day, Auchan Romania welcomed customers with gastro products, specially prepared according to Răzvan Exarhu’s recipes in the Auchan kitchens, especially for this occasion, and the entire amount obtained from their sale was donated to our social vegetable farm Gradina Bio AMURTEL.
About the activity of Gradina Bio AMURTEL
Most of the vegetables grown at the social farm in Gradina Bio AMURTEL Poieni feed the 12 children growing up in the AMURTEL Family residential center, the main program of AMURTEL Romania. The rest supports another 12 vulnerable beneficiaries in the area, the most vulnerable families, former beneficiaries of the Fountain of Hope Center project which was closed in September 2023. We thank our partner Auchan Romania for supporting the project, which helps us to continue both the educational and community project “School from the Orchard” until the end of the year, as well as the much-needed autumn preparations for the 2024 crops!
