Acacia flower fritters

IMG_0001Larisa’s recipe:

  • 1.5 liter milk 
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar 
  • flour (enough to make a pancake batter)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (add to the batter)
  • 500 g acacia flowers 

Dip the flowers in the batter to coat them evenly then fry on a hot frying pan like pancakes.
