Poieni is preparing for winter: we clean the land to be prepared for tilling. This week we’re going to start (it was a rough start!) to plant lettuce and some green onion.
The weather is nice and we hope it will remain the same for as long as we need to clean the land.
In the meanwhile, we also prepare the new greenhouse that we’re going to install soon.
Our ladies have cooked a plum marmalade made on the traditional way, outside at a beech firewood.
This week our organic vegetable basket has:
green lettuce; green onion; green garlic; potatoes; carrots; cabbage; pumpkin; chilli pepper; beetroot; parsley.
